Hey guys, it’s, Rick custom, concrete design in Lake of the Ozarks. This week. We’re over at Timberlake village. Again Doing this condo unit on the third floor, add a bunch of carpet on it that we went ahead and removed, But as you can see, what’s left behind is a lot of carpet glue.

So we’re gonna go ahead and get started by grinding all that off, get down to the bare concrete Like out here on this deck. There is one crack out there as you can see what we’re gonna go ahead and repair that, And I think there’s.

One right, here. Probably barely see it. This is a cold joint. We’re gonna go ahead and get that ground out open that back up Other than that. The concrete’s really in solid shape.. So we’re gonna get started Alright here’s, one of the cracks that we just repaired Still a little wet.

That was the last place we stopped because we had to fill some in, but right here. It was dry. So we went ahead and ground that down flush, So that is completely repaired there That one’s already been fixed and ground down it’s, another one.

We found working on this one right here, As you can see up there. It’s still not quite done. That’s, where we’ve stopped, and we still have these two more here, one here and one Right here, So we had more cracks when we thought once we remove that glue, but that’s.

Okay, easily fixable. It’s coming right along now. Okay, we got this job done over here. There’s, our flagstone pattern. All right. We’ve finished up this jab over here at Timberlake villages They ‘

Ve got the furniture back on, so we decided to shoot after the furniture is back on video on this one. Everything’s, looking good, They’ve, got it decorated up real nice filled it up Nice outside space, though, looks good.

Decorative Concrete Metallic Epoxy Sample Boards Base Coat

Hey guys, it’s right here today. What I’m gonna do is just put a black base coat on these boards. These are three simple words. I’m, getting ready to do for clients. I just said: go ahead and pour this, so this is our black base.

Normally, we always use this for our base. Go to our floors too, so that’s. What I’m gonna use on boards, so I’m gonna go ahead and premix our part, a I’ve got it over here, makes our part be up. Then I’m gonna mix.

The two together, along with the metallics and we’re, going to spread this on with a squeegee. We’re gonna be using about nine ounces, because I got about hardly nothing here. So nine ounces should cover this, probably a little bit more than what we need but use you, okay.

What I’ve done is I’ve, just mixed a part, A Part B at a two-to-one ratio. My metallics are in there and I mixed it for three minutes. So now I’m gonna go ahead and pour it out as equal as I can spread it around with our squeegee and then use a chip brush around the edges.

That’s. Basically it for today that’ll, be our base coat. We’ll, let it sit and we’ll come back tomorrow, you, okay, guys. The base goes on not much more. We can do. We’ll, just kind of let this move around a little bit and do its thing.

It won’t move a whole lot because put it on fairly thin. Put it a little bit thicker, but it’s, not super thin, so a little bit of movement. But finally, it’s on we’re gonna. Let it sit dry overnight and I’ll be back.

Take you to my Facebook page. You can check that out and also take you to my website. Entryways. Looking good [ Music ] see you guys on the next project:

Decorative Concrete Overlay Latest Project – Concrete Network

This Project was completed in about 5 days from start to finish, we did a 20×20
Tile Pattern on the front stoop area, the grout color is brown, the top coat is
a hunter green with brown and green colored acid stain on top, the texture is
troweled on. then was sealed with 3 coats of or outside sealer called CSS
Sealant, very durable sealer made to withstand whatever mother nature throws at
it. The home owners were very happy.
