Hey this is Rick with custom, concrete design in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. This week we’re over here in Four Seasons off Horseshoe Bend and we’re gonna be ripping this epoxy off of this garage floor.

We’ve got to get it back down to the bare concrete, probably got a few cracks that we have to repair over by the closet over on the left corner. But you know, as you can tell it,’s coming up here. In spots where the, where the tires roll in and we’ve, already started the grinding over here machines ripping it up pretty good.

So we’re, going to continue that and and get this thing prepped up today and ready to go for the models epoxy. Okay, so we ‘ Ve got all the the old epoxy coat off of there ground it all down. Did our repairs it’s? All cleaned up a couple dark spots that you’re, seeing in here probably is just a tiny bit of moisture because we just got through mopping it here.

I don’t know about public. Twenty minutes ago, but it’s, all prepped up and ready to go for some tan epoxy and we’re gonna come back over that T an epoxy while it’s wet. We’re gonna toss on our vinyl chips.

They’re gonna be brown, dark, brown, black and white. So we’re gonna get started. We’ve got everything set up here. We’re ready to go. Okay, we’ve, got the chips long and it all cleaned up right.

Now we’re, mixing the epoxy and getting ready to apply it in about one minute. Okay, this job over in four seasons is done. We actually completed this yesterday, but I couldn’t, come in here and shoot any video because it was wet.

So I thought I’d come back today and if you guys are watching this on youtube, please subscribe to my channel like the video. If you liked it leave me a comment, let me know what you think ask me any questions.

Epoxy Flooring Basement – Lake of the Ozarks Mo

Hey guys, this is Rick with custom, concrete design at Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. This week we’re in gravois mills, and we’re at this home were down in the lower-level basement. We’ve already done. All of our grinding and prepped the walls, as you can tell getting it ready for the base coat of epoxy, that’s.

Why you see these buckets of vinyl chips, that’s? The color we’re going to be doing. This is a living room area going back here to a little bedroom and closet. We’re, going to do all that. We’re, just gonna stop it right there in the entryway of that closet, and you come back and do this bathroom, of course, in this little area right here that’s, a storage area, we’re gonna Leave that alone, but we’re, getting ready to do this now so alright, I got this job over here finished up.

I’ve got well it’s, not technically it’s, not completely finished. We’ve got one more coat to put on here that’s. Why we see these rollers here, but as soon as we put that second coat on sealer, we’re gonna be out of here, but it does have one coat on that we put on last night when coat of urethane.

So we’ve got a little bit of shine, as you can see. Go on the other thing gives it more of a satin finish. So it’s. Not a real high gloss like the epoxy is, but it ‘ Ll have a little bit more shine in this once we do the second coat, but again this is just with one coat, so we’re about to wrap this up.

If you guys see this on youtube, please subscribe to my channel, see more of my videos in the future hit that like button. If you liked the video leave me a comment, let me know what you think of the job and we ‘

Ll see you guys on the next one: okay, we’ve got the second coat down and it is fresh freshly put down. So I can’t walk out there on it. So I’m gonna give you guys a reach-in view here, as you can tell you know it’s.

It’s evened up quite a bit as far as our shine goes. It’s. Got a nice nice shine to it, not high-gloss like epoxy, but still got a nice shine to it: [, Music, ], hey guys! This is Rick with custom, concrete design at Lake of the Ozarks Missouri.

Epoxy Flooring Decorative Concrete Resurfacing | RV Park Bathroom

Hey this is Rick with custom, concrete design and Lake of the Ozarks, and this week we are off highway, W in Lake Ozark and a RV campground site down here on the lake, and we’re going to be working on this bathroom shower area.

Laundry room right now we’re in the women’s, bathroom, getting ready to start grinding off the floor. That’s. Well, the floor coating that’s on here now I’ll, get it ground down and do all the repairs, but we ‘

Ve got to get this stuff off of here I’ve got the women’s, and out here we ‘ Ve got that’s, just a little laundry room, pretty small, but we ‘ Ve got to take the coating off of all of it and the men’s restroom over here pretty much the same as a women’s, but we’re gonna.

Let you get started and get this stuff cleaned up. Okay, we ‘ Ve got this job over here the RV park complete. We get a little bit of a water leak. There so cut two more eggs on it and put a little cup.

Underneath of this in the hose, so don’t care that that’s, what that is probably one of our more popular chip colors. It’s, just black and gray and white, pretty simple, but you know to come a lot of common colors that go with each other, so just about anything goes with black white and Reina, but it’s.

All sealed up. We’ve got one coat of sealer out now, but I’m going to take this video because we ‘ Ve got a second coat. It’s. Gon na go on and I won’t. Come back to do a final video, but they ‘

Ll have a little bit more of a shine, not a whole lot more for protection than anything. So this is the women’s, restroom shower and then here’s, a laundry room that’s in the center of the building, the smaller they’re gonna be putting shrim back up on baseboard.

We want to vary both. You know the walls prepping the walls so much on this one and we slop it everywhere, which we didn’t a little bit here and there, but it’s all about an inch or so above above the floor.

So the baseboards going to cover like that here’s, an interesting showers. Everything turned out great, so if you guys are checking this out on YouTube, you, like my videos, and you will see more of them.
